All of our packages are very flexible and allow for adding and deleting items so that you get exactly what you want. Create Your Own Package

Our Create Your Own Package includes these items in every package:

• An Engagement Portrait Sitting and 8×10 Portrait Print. We provide the image for your announcements.
• 20 years of wedding photography experience. Use our wedding experience to organize your day.
• Six consecutive hours of coverage. Includes your Pre-Wedding, Wedding, Reception and any other locations.
• Taking all of the right photographs to make sure you have your wedding events properly covered.
• We post your wedding photographs online and you receive the posted wedding photographs in viewing resolution on CD (not a printing CD).
• You receive a $50 credit, which may be used toward your wedding album, reprints or enlargements.

This package is completely customizable. Add all kinds of additional items to your package to make it more complete, or keep the package as designed. Additional items may include more time, albums, reprints, enlargements, hi-res images and many other items.

Elegance Full-Coverage Storybook or Classic Wedding Package

This is our package with no limits on time, number of pictures taken, travel or wedding day locations (in the NW Ohio/SE Michigan area). This Full-Coverage Package includes the items below for every wedding.

• No additional hourly charges to attend your wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (when available).
• Coverage for the wedding, the reception and any location photographs in between.
• An Engagement Portrait Sitting with its own generous print package (1-8×10, 2-5×7, 4-4×6).
• Your wedding images posted to the Internet on our password-protected web site for viewing & ordering.
• A Digital CD Proof Book containing viewing resolution images of your wedding photographs on CD.
• 6 page, 12-side Classic Wedding Album - or - 8 page, 16-side Destiny Storybook Wedding Album.
• Fifty (50) 4×6 Wedding Preview Prints
• 11×14 Professionally Printed Wall Portrait

Many of our wedding couples upgrade their package to include additional items, especially additional album pages. Any items added to your package prior to your wedding are discounted.

Deluxe Classic Album Package

Our Deluxe Package is our most popular Classic Album Package because it literally contains hundreds of prints! To create the Classic Wedding Album included in this package, you choose the various prints for your album from the prints provided. We group those prints together in the sizes that best tell your wedding story, and mount them under mats on album pages. Deluxe Albums can contain 8×10, 8×8, 7×10, 5×10, 5×7, 5×5, 4×5 and 3.5×5 prints. Any additional items added to your package prior to your wedding are discounted.

In the Deluxe Package you will receive:

• No additional hourly charges to attend your wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (when available).
• Time, Materials and Locations to complete the wedding assignment.
• A 10 page, 20 page-side Classic Wedding Album to hold your choice of your favorite photographs.
• One 4×5 and one 5×7 print of each unique image. This represents between 400-600 total prints!
• In addition, choose up to 10-8×10’s for your album.
• Your wedding is posted to the Internet on our password protected website.
• You receive every Wedding Image Posted online on CD in High Resolution with copyright release.

Deluxe Package: $1,995.00

Gateway High Resolution Image Package

Artona Wedding Photography announces our Wedding Photography Package containing copyright-free, High Resolution Images! We will use our extensive wedding experience to capture all of the fun, beautiful and memorable images for you. You then utilize those images to produce your own reprints, albums and enlargements.

This exciting package includes:

• No additional hourly charges to attend your wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (when available).
• Time, Materials and Locations to complete the wedding assignment.
• Wedding and Reception Coverage and any locations in between.
• An Engagement Portrait Sitting with its own generous print package (1-8×10, 2-5×7, 4-4×6).
• Your wedding images posted online to our password-protected website. View and order wedding pictures.
• High Resolution, copyright-free wedding images on CD, allowing you to print your own pictures.

We believe that your wedding album should be totally unique and one-of-a-kind. Should you choose to have us design a wedding album for you, our many years of Wedding Album design experience are available to you.

Gateway Photography Package: $1,495.00

Hourly Coverage

If you are interested in our least expensive way to cover your small wedding or event, we offer hourly coverage with the availability of a photographer on a time plus materials basis. You will still enjoy the benefits of our many years of experience. Hourly coverage may not be available in all seasons and for all wedding days. Please inquire about availability. Any additional items added to your package prior to your wedding are discounted.

• The photographer’s time is billed at $125.00 per hour, in whole hour increments, minimum of 3 hours.
• Materials are billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour, with a minimum of 30 images per hour.
• Not every image will be unique. Posed groups may be photographed more than once.
• You will receive a CD containing viewing resolution images.
• Your wedding will be posted to the Internet so that the images can be viewed online.
• Prints and enlargements may be purchased online or directly through the studio.
• Add a CD containing High Resolution Images with a copyright release for an additional $249.00.
